About Us
Redefining Corporate Culture with the Enneagram and Three-Centered Leadership™
Culture Conscious was born out of a passion for harnessing the power of humanity in the workplace.
Our Origin Story
Christy Kennedy founded Culture Conscious in 2017 to redefine corporate culture by unlocking the potential of individuals and teams through the Enneagram and her Three-Centered Leadership model.
After surviving a life-threatening battle with cancer, she saw firsthand how relentless workloads, burnout, and conflict erode both people and performance. This sparked her mission to help leaders move beyond surface-level change to true transformation—grounded in self-awareness, empathy, and sustainable growth. Her journey fuels Culture Conscious’s bold vision: workplaces where people thrive, not just survive.

Why Choose Us?
We believe that unlocking the full potential of your organization begins with understanding and empowering your people.
We bring decades of experience with the Enneagram framework, which we have found to be the most powerful tool for personal and team transformation.
Our unique approach, rooted in the principles of the Enneagram framework and Three-Centered Leadership, ensures that every individual and team can achieve their highest potential.
By choosing Culture Conscious, you gain a partner dedicated to enhancing self-awareness, improving team dynamics, and building a culture of genuine engagement and sustained innovation.

We often attempt to solve problems with the same mindset that created them, leaving us feeling confined and trapped by our habitual responses.
